Refund policy

I absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from Through the Smoke is authentic fragrance taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by me. We unfortunately do not offer returns on decants...perfume is incredibly personal and we cannot guarantee you will like the scent. What we can do, however, is make sure the product arrives to you safe and is what you ordered. We cannot accept decants back simply because you do not like the fragrance.

If you have an issue with the order, it came broke or spilled, damaged, or unusable, please email me at throughsmokestudio@gmail.com within five days of receiving your order. Include your order number, images or video of the issue, and a description of the issue in your email.
