A Radiant Fruity Floral Fragrance Celebrating Hawaii’s Rarest Hibiscus

Step into the light with Solar Canopy, a vibrant fruity floral inspired by Hibiscadelphus wilderianus, a rare Hawaiian hibiscus last seen on Mount Haleakalā in 1912. With only seven trees ever recorded, it vanished almost as soon as it was discovered. Its legacy lives on in this luminous fragrance, a tribute to resilience, radiance, and the lasting light of brief beauty.

Scientific Reconstruction: Through biotechnology, scent molecules from the extinct Hibiscadelphus wilderianus were identified and interpreted into this luminous composition. Perfumer Jérôme Epinette approached the scent as a form of time travel, reconstructing not just the flower, but the entire environment it once inhabited.
